For these organizations, we act as brokers, and will identify contract staff candidates for a flat "brokerage fee". This helps our clients save money, by reducing the amount of staffing fees they pay over the course of a project.
- Permanent Placements - Through our structured interviewing and assessment process, we not only identify candidates with the appropriate expertise, but also those who best fit your organization's unique culture and values.
- Client Presentation Coaching - Many of our clients need assistance making presentations to their clients, after they have submitted proposals. We provide a structured process and hands-on coaching to the proposal team, to ensure our clients' key messages and market differentiators are understood.
